La cama era cómoda y la ducha está muy bien.
Las sábanas y la colcha estaban húmedas (nos dijeron que era normal allí por el tiempo. Pedimos cambio y aun así seguían estando húmedas). Hacía mucho frío en la habitación y no consiguieron arreglar el aire acondicionado. No hablaban inglés por lo que la comunicación se hizo un poco complicada.

Property was in a good location, rooms were comfortable, food was really tasty
I would not recommend taking car services with hotel. We were quoted one price and then after something completely different which worked out 4x the amount initially quoted! The time for driver as well was not what was initially agreed on and the mileage billed was much higher than what we actually did. Felt like a complete rip off and we were charged for 100km more than what was actually done. I was told I could have paid on check out but after returning from day trip (started at 4am), I was constantly bombarded with calls to the room and messages about payment even after mentioning we were going to rest. I was told they do not accept US cash and if I paid by card it would be an 18% tax. It was a poor experience. We were completely misled with initial pricing, ripped off with the mileage and the car and then hounded for money as if we weren’t in house guests.

Wonderful
The property was great. Breakfast taste was wonderful.
the room temperature control didn't work so well. needs improvement in the breakfast selection. Except for few dishes, most of it remained same for over 3 days.
